Pre-Workshop
All participants take the OG Mandino's Personal Success Assessment™ which is based on 50 years of scientific validation. The Assessment is extremely accurate and measures CURRENT levels of focus and clarity with over forty personal characteristics essential for success in a career.

Workshop
Fourteen packed hours divided into numerous experiential moments. OG narrates the Ten Scrolls. Focus and clarity scores drive participants to specific Keys in Scrolls. The rich content in each Key provides the curriculum for improving focus and clarity.

Ten Month Application Process
Participants receive weekly emails with additional rich content that will facilitate ongoing application. And for ten months the OG trained and certified facilitator meets via tele-bridge with participants for a one-hour group coaching session.

Post-Training
Participants take a second Assessment and continue in their lifetime of discovery and mastery of these essential personal characteristics.
